milk_shake Silver Shine Shampoo is a delicate hair cleanser containing a specific purple pigment capable of counteracting yellow tones in natural or lightened blonde, grey or white hair. milk_shake silver shine shampoo is enriched with organic mixed berry extracts and milk protein for shiny, soft and healthy hair. 100% SLS and SLES-free.
milk_shake's Silver Shine Conditioner is formulated with a specific pigment that neutralizes unwanted yellow, golden or brassy tones that are common in white, grey, blonde or lightened hair. This toning conditioner leaves hair conditioned, soft and full of vitality. Milk proteins, organic fruit extracts and Integrity 41® condition while maintaining the hair’s moisture balance and protecting hair colour.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation

Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
