How long before my order ships: Your order is typically fulfilled & shipped SAME-DAY if your order is placed before 5PM on Mondays through Fridays.

Who we ship with: UPS, FedEx, Purolator, GLS  and CANPAR. Canada Post is used for rural areas or in instances that make them the best option.

Unclaimed packages/rejected parcels/incorrect addressNote that unclaimed packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or packages undeliverable for any reason due to an error not caused by BLNDbox.ca ("Blend Box") will result in your order being refunded minus a $15 flat fee and a 10% re-stocking charge to cover return shipping and handling. Note, once a product has shipped, any address change cannot be guaranteed. BlendBox (BLNDbox.ca) cannot be held responsible for packages that are shipped to the wrong address when customers provided the address. 

"Business Day" is considered 6AM-5PM Monday through Friday. 

SHIPPING DURING WINTER MONTHS: Please note that items may freeze while in transit to you in the colder months; unfortunately there is no way for us to control this phenomenon at this time. We recommend allowing the products to acclimate before using them. Please consider ordering from a local shop if you are not comfortable with this recommendation.

Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy

All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to: Delivery scan confirmation Photo confirmation Signature confirmation 

Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer. 

Reporting Requirements: To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:
Order number, A clear written statement describing the issue, Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)

Late Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.

No exceptions will be made to this policy.
