If you qualify for SAME-DAY Delivery, your order will be delivered between 5-10PM.
Note, if you order Friday after 11am, your order will be delivered on Monday between 5-10PM.
If you are shipping to Ontario or Quebec, you will qualify for FREE SHIPPING when you spend $40 or more (before Tax).
SAME-DAY Delivery orders do not take place on weekend. SAME-DAY Deliveries apply to orders Monday to Friday before 11am.
Orders placed after 11am Friday will be delivered the next business day.

If you live in Ontario, or Quebec you qualify for FREE SHIPPING when you spend $40 or more (before Tax).
For the Rest of Canada, you qualify for FREE SHIPPING when you spend $60 or more (before Tax).
When shipping outside of Toronto/GTA* we use only major carriers. For densely populated areas, we will ship with UPS, Purolator, CanPar or FedEx.
If you are in a more rural area or shipping to a PO Box, we use Canada Post.
Payments & Checkout

For the protection of our customers, BlendBox does not accept payment over the phone.
We use Shopify Payments for all transactions so that your information is kept private and safe. Neither BlendBox nor any of its employees can see the details of your credit card information.
The most common reason your card may be getting declined is the information you are providing for your billing address does not match exactly the information your credit card company has on file.
For the protection of our customers we require that the Billing Address matches exactly the physical mailling address where your credit card statements arrive or is registred to. This does not mean your Shipping and Billing address have to match, we can send your items to whichever address works best for you within Canada.
If you placed your order and forgot to add a discount code, please contact our customer support via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or the online chat. We will do our best to help.
However, once your order has been shipped we can no longer apply the discount code.
There are 4 reasons why your code may not work:
1. The email you used to signup to our newslettter must match the email you are using to checkout.
2. Some of our manufacture partners don't really like when their products are discounted. To see the full list of exclusions, click here.
3. Certain products are already deeply discounted in our store and we cannot apply any additional discounts. These brands include: WAHL, ghd, and certain BabylissPro Combo (e.g. the Clipper & Trimmer combos)
4. Discount codes can't be stacked. This means that only one discount code can be applied at a time and volume discounts you get on certain products cannot have another discount code applied.
