Returns (Personal Care Products)

Due to the nature of our products being health, personal & hygienic care, we do not accept returns for personal care products. Personal Care Products include: Hair Care products (e.g. Shampoos, Conditioners, Hair Treatments, etc.), Combs/Brushes (including Hot Air Stylers/Blow Dry Brushes), Trimmers and Clippers, Hair Removal/Wax/Tweezers, Hair Colour, Nail Polish, and Hair Extensions.

If you are unhappy about the performance of a product purchased, please contact us at and we will do our best to address the issue. Our response times are typically within 24 hours Monday-Sunday from 8am-8pm. 

If the return is a result of our error, we will refund your product in full. 

Returns (Electrical Appliances Only)

Returns will apply to our Electronic Appliances category only.

If you are unhappy with an electrical appliance, we will accept returns and issue you a refund up to 14 days after delivery. will provide a return shipping label, but we will deduct the cost of the return shipping label from the total refund. Customer will have 7 days from receiving their return shipping label to drop-off the item at the designated location. Any item returned after this period will not be issued a refund and will be returned to the customer at their original payment method.

All items being returned must be in unused (must be in the same condition that you received it) and must come in and with all the original packaging.

Items returned in a condition that is not new, used or exceeds 30 days from time of delivery will shipped back to the customer at their expense and refunds will not be issued. 

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction on the payment method you used. 

 Warranty (Electrical Appliances only)

All electrical appliances (straighteners, hair dryers, curling irons, wands, wax pots, etc.) have 180 day warranty directly with from the time of purchase, beyond 180 days customers will need to contact the manufacture directly to arrange an exchange. If your appliance stops working we will gladly exchange your defective item for the same item. In the event we no longer carry the item, we will offer credit for a similar product. Refunds or money back will not be offered after the 14 day exchange period. We will cover the cost of return shipping for products under warranty. Note physical damage is not covered and will invalidate the warranty. Before sending back a product under warranty, please contact to arrange the return.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We will gladly replace items if they are arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will work quickly to provide delivery instructions and process your exchange. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
