Eligible Returns - Personal Care Products 

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns for Personal Care Products, which includes Hair Care products (e.g. Shampoos, Conditioners, Hair Treatments, etc.), Combs/Brushes (including Hot Air Stylers/Blow Dry Brushes), Trimmers, Clippers, Foil Shavers, Hair Removal/Wax/Tweezers, Hair Colour, Nail Polish, and Hair Extensions.

If the return is a result of our error, your item will be eligible for a full refund including the shipping charges (if any).

* Damaged Items, Missing Items and other order discrepancies must be reported within a max of 48 hours of the package being delivered.

Eligible Returns - Electrical Appliances only

Due to hygienic reasons the following Electrical Appliances are not refundable: (1) Hair Stylers / Blow Dry Brushes, (2) Trimmers, Shavers, and/or (3) Clippers.

If you are unhappy with any other Electrical Appliances, we will gladly accept returns and issue a refund if the request is made within 14 days of the date of delivery. Refunds or money back will not be offered after the 14 day return window. To initiate a return, please contact hello@blndbox.ca to arrange a shipping label. Customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping label, which will be deducted from the total eligible refund amount. 

All items being returned must be in new condition (in the same condition that you received it) and must come with all the original packaging.

We will not accept returns for visibly used items, items missing any part their original packaging or items that have been physical damaged. Items that are not eligible for refunds will be shipped back to customers at their expense. 

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction on the payment method you used. 

Warranty (Electrical Appliances only)

*All electrical appliances (straighteners, hair dryers, curling irons, wands, wax pots, etc.) purchased on or after April 14, 2023 have 180 day warranty directly with BLNDbox.ca from the time of purchase, beyond 180 days customers will need to contact the manufacture directly to arrange an exchange. If your appliance stops working we will gladly exchange your defective item for the same item. In the event we no longer carry the item, we will offer credit for a similar product. Refunds or money back will not be offered after the 14 day exchange period. We will cover the cost of return shipping for products under warranty. Note physical damage is not covered and will invalidate our warranty. Before sending back a product under warranty, please contact hello@blndbox.ca to arrange the return.

**Bellami Hair Appliances have 90 day electrical warranty with Blendbox as well as Bellami directly.

*Returns for damaged items will not be eligible for a refund but when suitable for an exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We will gladly replace items if they are arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@blndbox.ca and we will work quickly to provide delivery instructions and process your exchange. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy

All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

  • Delivery scan confirmation

  • Photo confirmation

  • Signature confirmation

Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.

Reporting Requirements

To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • A clear written statement describing the issue

  • Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)

Late Claims

Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.

Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.

No exceptions will be made to this policy.
