PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
VIRTUE® Curl Shampoo is a rich, non-drying formula that gently cleanses while removing excess oils and build-up to maintain the natural curl pattern. It protects against humidity, heat, and environmental damage while mending and prepping hair for manageable, frizz-free styles.
VIRTUE® Curl Conditioner weightlessly detangles, de-frizzes, nourishes, and hydrates without weighing down curls. It repairs cuticle damage, rejuvenates elasticity, and protects against humidity, heat, and environmental damage for soft, silky, and strong curls.
Virtue® Curl Leave-In Butter is a leave-in cream rich in reparative proteins and emollients to infuse hair with hydration, help neutralize frizz, and guard against heat and humidity. Simultaneously, Alpha Keratin 60ku® helps to repair cracks and splits, leaving curls stronger, softer, and full of shine.
The Kit contains:
1 x 60ml VIRTUE® Curl Shampoo
1 x 60ml VIRTUE® Curl Conditioner
1 x 15ml VIRTUE® Curl Leave-In Butter
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation
-
Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
