Virtue® Labs Un-Frizz Cream is a leave-in treatment cream that conditions and smooths hair. It eliminates frizz and blocks humidity to keep hair sleek, shiny, and soft. Our patented Alpha Keratin 60ku® protein binds directly to the hair, filling and smoothing cracks and crevices along the cuticle, no chemical treatments or heavy waxes needed. Ideal for frizzy, curly, wavy or thick hair. Color-safe, paraben-free, gluten-free, vegan.
Fragrance: A restorative blend of flower, fruit, and herbs incorporating sweet pear, soothing lavender and fresh mint essential oils
How to use: Using your hands, work a quarter-sized amount into clean, damp hair from roots to ends. Blow dry for a smooth finish or air dry to enhance your natural texture
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation
-
Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
