VERB Sea Spray
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A lightweight texturizing spray that takes landlocked hair to the beach for easy, relaxed waves. Formulated with natural sea salt and smoothing moisturizers, this light mist infuses all hair types with oceanic waves for a breezy texture boost.
Similar to a dry shampoo powder, sea salt absorbs excess oil in the hair, thus plumping and texturizing it. Best of all, it imitates the beach day effect and gives you a carefree, lightweight, and touchable volume.
How to Use
Spray on dry or damp hair in sections using fingertips to twist and define loose curls. Dry naturally for texture and volume or diffuse for amplified waves.
Tip:
Not into beachy texture? You can use Sea Spray on damp hair before blow drying to give light volume and grip when drying straight.

Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation

Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
