This revitalizing duo, powered by argan oil, works hard to gently cleanse and replenish moisture to dry, thirsty hair. Leaves hair soft, smooth and tangle-free.

Key Ingredients
- Argan oil: Enhances the elasticity of the hair, while adding shine. Antioxidant properties help improve hair strength, minimize fly-aways and frizziness
How To Use
- Hydrating Shampoo: Massage a small amount into wet hair, lather well and rinse. Follow with Verb® Hydrating Conditioner.
- Hydrating Conditioner: Work through clean, wet hair on the mid-lengths and ends and leave in for three to five minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
Tips/Tricks: Follow with Leave-In Mist for maximum conditioning benefits.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation

Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
