Verb Hydrating Conditioner repairs damage for touchably soft hair. Formulated to wash away clean while providing intense moisture and natural shine.

- Argan oil: penetrates the pores of the hair follicle and enhances the elasticity of the hair while adding shine. Antioxidant properties help improve hair strength, minimize fly-aways and frizziness
- Meadowfoam seed oil: strengthens and repairs hair, while providing weightless bounce
- Pro-vitamin B5: hydrates, smoothes and adds vibrancy to dull strands while providing hair with a natural boost of body
- Sunflower seed extract: contains fatty acids that deeply nourish and increase hair manageability while providing natural UV protection to prevent color fading
How To Use
Work Hydrating Conditioner through clean, wet hair and leave in for 3-5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
Pro tip: Leave this conditioner on for at least 3 minutes, or mix with Verb Hydrating Mask for added moisture and softness.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation

Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
