PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This duo adds extra moisture and intense glossy shine to dry, dull damaged hair. Powered by peach oil, rosehip oil and squalane, Glossy Shampoo + Conditioner leave hair feeling super soft, hydrated, shiny and detangled. Great for thick to coarse, dry, damaged, low porosity hair types and those looking to add extra shine.

Key Ingredients
- Peach oil: Rich in omega oils that helps to hydration hair and increase shine
- Rosehip oil: contains vitamins A, C and E plus antioxidants to help nourish, lock in hydration and increase shine.
- Squalane: an olive oil based hydrator to replenish moisture and seal to help protect future damage
How To Use
- Glossy Shampoo: Massage a small amount into wet hair, lather well and rinse. Follow with Verb Glossy Conditioner.
- Glossy Conditioner: Work Glossy Conditioner through clean, wet hair on the mid-lengths and ends. Leave in for 3-5 minutes and rinse thoroughly. For best results, follow with Glossy Shine Spray.
Tips/Tricks: To really turn up the shine, use Glossy Shampoo, Conditioner and Shine Spray with Heat Protection together.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation

Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

Order number

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
