Got curls? Tame + prep with TWISTER
Tame and prep your curls with TWISTER, a lightweight primer that acts as a foundation for all your other styling products. Adds moisture for definition and to prevent hair from feeling crunchy.
Good for: Priming curly hair for styling.
Fragrance: RELATIVE PARADISE - A bright, earthy composition. Sicilian Lemon, Tangerine, Eucalyptus, Green Tea, Tree Moss, Crisp Amber.
Vegan, Cruelty + Gluten Free, Paraben + Sulfate Free (SLS or SLES), Petrolatum + Mineral Oil Free.
Ingredients to love:
Aloe Leaf Extract, from Japan, contains vitamins, amino acids and minerals that help moisturize, condition and add shine.
Pequi Fruit Oil, sourced from Brazil, helps to smooth the hair cuticle to increase smoothness, amplify shine and reduce frizz.
Hydrolyzed Quinoa Protein, harvested in Peru, silkens and smoothes the hair while sealing in moisture and nourishing the hair fiber.
Shea Butter, moisturizes to help soften and seal.
How to use: Apply to damp hair and comb through for even distribution.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation

Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
