TO112 Normal Hair shampoo is ideal for normal scalps and most hair types. Founded on key ingredients tamanu oil, amino acids, and wheat proteins, Normal Hair shampoo is best used for everyday scalp balancing.

Tamanu Oil: Long-cherished by French Polynesian women for its nourishing and moisturizing qualities to add shine and improve hair health.
Amino Acids: The foundation of proteins and essential in the production of keratin, amino acids help create red blood cells, bringing oxygen and nutrients to the hair follicles on the scalp.
Wheat Proteins: Builds a protective shield while gently moisturizing the scalp.

Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation

Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
