PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
- Two independent warming wells with individual temperature controls
- Handle on the top of the lid
- Includes a metal clamp for opening or removing cans and 2 protective collars
- Hinged Cover
Wax Warmers:
- Each well has its own temperature controls (Standby, Ready, Hot)
- ON/OFF silicone-covered switches that light up when ON
- The protective lid can be kept closed to speed up melting
- The thermostatically controlled heating mechanism maintains proper waxing temperature throughout the day
- Designed to hold most brands of 14 – 16 oz. wax cans
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation
-
Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

Order number

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
