The Damage Repair Treatment Shampoo contains shea butter, a natural source of keratin. It also contains cotton and silk proteins that soften hair. This formula is infused with pro-vitamin B5 to rejuvenate hair, active proteins for improving texture, and amino acids for added strength. This formula is sls\sles, phosphate and paraben free.

Saryna Key Damage Repair Oil is a hydrating oil that is rich in natural keratin and amino acids. By replacing the amino acids deep within the hair structure, the oil will repair hair internally, leaving it strong and healthy. Keratin proteins replenish hair leaving it with a brilliant shine. It is weightless and easily absorbed.
Damage Repair Shea Butter Mask 500ML x 1
The Damage Repair Shea Butter was designed to treat, restore and repair dry, damaged hair. It has high concentrations of shea butter that naturally contains: vitamins A,E, and F, amino acids and keratin. This treatment’s natural keratin will help to create soft, shiny hair while amino acids build the proteins needed to repair damage.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation
-
Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

Order number

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
