Pureology Hydrate Sheer Kit – Shampoo, Conditioner & Color Fanatic Leave-In

Step 1 - Hydrate Sheer Shampoo: Apply a dime-sized amount to wet hair at the scalp. Lather with your fingertips, working the foam down to the ends. Rinse thoroughly. (Repeat if your hair has heavy product buildup).

Step 2 - Hydrate Sheer Conditioner: After shampooing, apply a small amount to the mid-lengths and ends. Let it sit for 1–2 minutes. You will feel a refreshing, cooling sensation on the scalp. Rinse well.

Step 3 - Color Fanatic Spray: Mist onto clean, damp hair before styling. Comb through to distribute evenly. This acts as your leave-in treatment and heat protectant. Do not rinse.

Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy

All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

• Delivery scan confirmation

• Photo confirmation

• Signature confirmation

Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.

Reporting Requirements

To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

• Order number

• A clear written statement describing the issue

• Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)

Late Claims

Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.

Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.

No exceptions will be made to this policy.
