A high-gloss blue topcoat that neutralizes brassy orange tones and restores softness and shine for up to 8 washes.
Leave all the oranges in the orchards. A blue top coat formulated for dark blonde to dark brunette hair neutralizes and tones out brassy orange hues, leaving you with silky, shiny strands in just 5 minutes. Immediate results as long lasting as a scenic drive on the Pacific Coast Highway with payoff for up to 8 washes.
How to Use:
- Step One: After preferred Pureology shampoo, remove excess water from the hair.
- Step Two: Apply Color Fanatic Top Coat + Tone Blue evenly throughout hair. When using Top Coat + Tone Blue apply to previously color-treated areas to neutralize unwanted tones.
- Step Three: Leave in for 5-10 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
- Step Four: Finish with preferred Pureology conditioner or mask, only if necessary.
