What Does RefectoCil Oxidant Do?

RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash tint requires an oxidant, also known as developer, to activate the colour.

RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Liquid contains hydrogen peroxide and is designed to be mixed with compatible RefectoCil tints immediately before application. The tint and developer work together to produce the finished colour.

If you’re purchasing an individual RefectoCil tint and don’t already own developer, you’ll need an oxidant to use it.
