How to Use:
  • 1. Apply and massage product throughout hair.
  • 2. Rinse product from hair.
  • 3. Follow with Olaplex N°5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner (sold separately).
When to Use:
  • Formulated for daily/ every wash use

Protects and repairs damaged hair, split ends, and frizz by re-linking broken bonds. It is color-safe and will strengthen and leave your hair stronger than ever. PH Balance: 4.0-5.0

How to Use
  • 1. After using Olaplex N°4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo, apply a generous amount from scalp to tip
  • 2. Leave on for three minutes, then rinse
When to Use
  • Formulated for daily/ every wash use

Product Tip: Use N°5 Conditioner for every hair wash, with N°4 to add extra shine and strength to your hair.

Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy

All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

  • Delivery scan confirmation

  • Photo confirmation

  • Signature confirmation

Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.

Reporting Requirements

To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • A clear written statement describing the issue

  • Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)

Late Claims

Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.

Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.

No exceptions will be made to this policy.
