  • The No.3 Hair Perfector is the ultimate insurance policy for your hair, use Olaplex to strengthen weakened hair by excessive colouring, styling or bleaching.  Olaplex is not a deep conditioning treatment; rather it is a weekly treatment to reconstruct the hair from the inside out. Using a single active ingredient to rebuild the disulphide sulphur bonds which are usually compromised during bleaching, the hair is left feeling and looking softer and healthier, full of radiant shine.
     
  • The No.6 Bond Smoother is a leave-in reparative styling crème eliminates frizz, hydrates & protects all hair types. This concentrated leave-in smoothing cream is excellent for all hair types including colored and chemically treated hair. OLAPLEX N°6 strengthens, hydrates, moisturizes and speeds up blow dry times while smoothing. Eliminate frizz and flyaways for up to 72 hours.

Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy

All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

  • Delivery scan confirmation

  • Photo confirmation

  • Signature confirmation

Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.

Reporting Requirements

To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • A clear written statement describing the issue

  • Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)

Late Claims

Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.

Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.

No exceptions will be made to this policy.
