Olaplex broad spectrum chelating treatment is a powerful anti-metal treatment specially developed to deeply cleanse the cortex of the hair fiber while respecting its moisture and protein reserves.

In short, it eliminates the metal deposits accumulated in the hair shafts clearing the way for more effective hair treatment.

Therefore, Olaplex has developed a new professional treatment that allows for deep cleaning of the hair fiber without compromising the essential levels of hydration and protein (one of the main components of hair).

Composed of:

Broad spectrum chelating blend. Composed of a powerful chelating complex (anti-metal action), we highlight plum extract and Kakadu which, rich in antioxidants (Vitamin C), offer a broad spectrum action capable of purifying the cortex as well as soothing the scalp. Does not include surfactants.
Bis-Aminopropyl Diglycol Dimaleate is the technology that has revolutionized hair care. In this sense, highly effective it repairs broken bonds improving hair’s vitality, strength, and shine.

Ideal to use before chemical treatments to enhance the results, for example before coloring, this care can be used for all types of hair and textures. Therefore, the ideal chelating routine consists of 3 essential steps: 1. firstly, start by wetting the hair and apply Olaplex nº4c evenly over the hair. To fully benefit from this deep cleansing care, apply it once a week in place of your usual shampoo. Gently massage into the scalp for 1 to 5 minutes. After this time, rinse thoroughly with water. 2. Next, apply a broad-spectrum chelating treatment. Using 1 to 3 pumps, gently work into the hair for 15 to 30' minutes, then rinse thoroughly. 3. Proceed with shampoo and mask (Olaplex nº4 bond maintennce shampoo and Olaplex 4-in-1 moisture mask), which with a sensorial texture offers an excellent moisturizing action.
