Olaplex Bond Repair Starter Set

STEP 1: PRIME (N°.0). Apply slowly to dry hair, distributing evenly from root to tip. Hair should be damp, not dripping. Process for 10 minutes. Do not rinse.

STEP 2: REPAIR (N°.3 PLUS). Apply N°.3 PLUS directly over the N°.0. Comb through and process for a minimum of 3–10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

STEP 3: STRENGTHEN (N°.4). Cleanse with N°.4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo to remove impurities and continue the bond-building process.

STEP 4: MOISTURIZE (N°.5). Apply N°.5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner to seal the hair cuticle, lock in moisture, and add a silky, smooth finish.

Water (Aqua/Eau), Bis-Aminopropyl Diglycol Dimaleate, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Benzoate.

N°.3 PLUS Complete Repair Treatment:
Water (Aqua/Eau), Cetearyl Alcohol, Behentrimonium Methosulfate, Bis-Aminopropyl Diglycol Dimaleate, Hydroxypropyl Starch Phosphate, Propanediol, Distearyldimonium Chloride, Behentrimonium Chloride, Glycerin, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearyl Alcohol, Caesalpinia Spinosa Fruit Pod Extract, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Sodium PCA, Panthenol, Tocopheryl Acetate, Citric Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Benzoate, Fragrance (Parfum).

N°.4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo:

N°.5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner:
Water (Aqua/Eau), Cetearyl Alcohol, PPG-3 Benzyl Ether Myristate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Cetyl Alcohol, Octyldodecyl Ricinoleate, Quaternium-91, Cetrimonium Chloride, Divinyldimethicone/Dimethicone Copolymer, Behentrimonium Chloride, Glycerin, Isododecane, Cetyl Esters, Bis-Aminopropyl Diglycol Dimaleate, Panthenol, Phospholipids, Glycine Soja (Soybean) Oil, PEG-45M, Silicone Quaternium-22, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance (Parfum).

Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy

All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

• Delivery scan confirmation

• Photo confirmation

• Signature confirmation

Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.

Reporting Requirements

To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

• Order number

• A clear written statement describing the issue

• Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)

Late Claims

Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.

Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.

No exceptions will be made to this policy.
