A barbershop classic that soothes & refreshes A vintage barbershop favorite that cools, invigorates and soothes the skin after shaving.

Key Ingredients

Unique water-soluble polymer
Provides hair with a light tack so hair is more easily styled with pomades or clays once dried. The tack allows the pomade/clay to get a better grip on hair.

Barber Tips

Bay Rum is one of the oldest scents in barbering. Sprinkle a few drops of No. 9 to step up your hot towel treatments before a shave to invigorate and open up pores. Apply to face, neck, shoulders and arms anytime after washing to get that "fresh from the barber shop" smell anytime.

Works best for: Cleansing and refreshing skin and Stimulating, toning, and tightening pores.

Also works for: Calming and preventing razor burn and softening skin

Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy

All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

  • Delivery scan confirmation

  • Photo confirmation

  • Signature confirmation

Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.

Reporting Requirements

To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • A clear written statement describing the issue

  • Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)

Late Claims

Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.

Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.

No exceptions will be made to this policy.
