How to Use:
- Divide hair into small sections and comb through each.
- Select desired temperature. To instantly reach the highest temperature setting, press and hold the top button. For fine hair, use a lower heat setting. For medium to coarse hair, use a higher heat setting.
- Starting at the base of one section, lightly spray one pump of Perfect Defense (sold separately) eight to 10 inches away.
- Slowly brush the section from root to tip, letting the hair glide through the bristles.
- Repeat until desired smoothness is achieved.
- Allow the heated, beveled edge to reach close to the root for extra smoothness in hard-to-reach areas.
- For an extra bend at the ends, angle the brush in the desired direction and allow ends of the hair to pass through the beveled edge.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation

Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
