PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A weightless styling mist that repels humidity to provide long-lasting frizz protection, leaving hair with glass-like shine and a silky, non-sticky finish.
This heat-activated spray eases the styling process while providing a defensive shield for long-lasting frizz, static, and flyaway control. The weightless formula helps protect against thermal damage and includes antioxidant-rich argan oil and other naturally derived and upcycled ingredients to care for hair from the inside out, leaving it silky, soft, smooth, and glass-like—without a sticky finish or film.
Powered by HydroResist Technology, which wraps strands in a hydrophobic conditioning veil that repels humidity and other environmental elements for perfectly styled hair that lasts for days.

Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation

Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
