Stylist Tips
• For a volumized look, place the blow-dryer brush under the hair close to the roots and roll outward to the ends. For extra lift at the roots,
hold the brush for a few seconds under the roots and roll outward to the ends.
• For a wavy look, place the blow-dryer brush under the ends of the hair and hold the brush for a few seconds before rotating inward. To curl the ends out, place the brush over the ends and hold for a few seconds before rotating outward.
• For a smooth finish, place the blow-dryer brush close to the roots and brush down toward the ends. The nylon pins with rounded soft tips
provide an effortless glide through the hair, while the tufted bristles gently grip hair to smooth and promote luminous shine.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation
-
Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

Order number

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
