Mixed Chicks Leave-in Conditioner
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This is the curl-defining formula designed for us, and when we say, “us”, we mean many…even if you are not mixed, you may have frizz and unruly curls, right?
Tames frizz & defines curls
Works on many hair textures & extensions (synthetic or human).
The simple version: Work throughout wet hair, leave-in, air dry, & style.
curly/wavy:
1. apply leave-in conditioner to wet hair, scrunch
2. wring hair out with fingers
3. air dry, or if you are in a hurry, sit under a hooded dryer or use a diffuser (no towel or blow-dry needed)
for straight hair:
1. shampoo and rinse
2. condition, comb or brush, and rinse
3. apply Mixed Chicks straightening serum or a little leave-in to damp hair
4. blow-dry
5. use a flat iron or another styling accessory
6. finish with hair silk for added shine
Pro Tip: while it is best to air dry with this product, some people like a diffused blow dryer on low heat for added volume. Some like to do a two-strand twist with leave-in, on wet hair, then air dry for a great look!
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation
-
Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

Order number

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
