PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This oil-infused creation helps dry, brittle hair by adding moisture and masking the appearance of split ends. It works wonders for moms styling ponytails, braids and curls.

Directions: Pour a small amount into your palm, rub hands together, and massage into hair. Use daily or as needed. Comb and style as desired
Styling Tips:
Tip #1 Use as a daily moisturizer for recently styled hair. Works on natural or relaxed hair. Apply to dry hair and style as usual.
Tip #2 For ponytails or pulled back looks squeeze a small portion into the palm of a hand, apply to hair and brush or comb to smooth evenly.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation

Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
