Mixed Chicks Coil, Kink & Wave Style Cream
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This cream uses six nourishing oils to help hair retain moisture while making styling easy. Use for wash & go, finger styling, two strand twists, coils and spirals.
Conditions & retains moisture.
Very good for thicker, fuller textures.
Directions: Apply evenly to damp, detangled hair. Use fingers to style curls, two-strand twists, Bantu knots, or any other natural hair styling technique.
Pro Tips:
Tip #1: Wash n Go Method – simply create about four sections and thoroughly apply product to wet hair from the roots to the ends. Gently pull strands creating elongation and allow to dry.
Tip #2: Extend the life of your twist outs, Bantu knots or two strand twists. Liberally apply product and style as desired. Allow to dry thoroughly and rock that twist out for approximately two weeks.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation

Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
