PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Paraben free, with a deep action, milk_shake Volume Solution Conditioner provides softness and body without weighing the hair down. Containing precious sugar derivatives, it transforms and gives volume to all hair types, with a deep reviving action.
Detangles and gives volume and lightness to normal and/or fine hair. With volumising ingredients and aloe vera, it helps to give more volume and body to hair, leaving it soft and healthy.
Active ingredients:
UV filter, Integrity 41 (hydroglycolic sunflower seed extract, rich in antioxidant polyphenols), milk proteins, rice proteins, sugar cane extract, organic fruits extracts.

Fine and lifeless hair or for use when creating big hairstyles
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation

Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
