PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Milkshake lifestyling texturizing spritz is the ultimate bodifying spray for hair. Its formulated with a matte finish which gives hold and creates “beach-effect” voluminous waves with shape control on all hair lengths. It contains selected active ingredients to protect the hair from fading and dehydration.
How to use:
Shake well before use. Spray over damp hair and leave to dry naturally for a casual look, work with a diffuser or brush and blow-dryer for a more defines, natural look. Spray over dry hair and shape with the hands for extra hold and volume.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation
-
Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
