Milkshake sweet camomile conditioner is a paraben-free revitalizing conditioner for blonde hair that softens and detangles. Revives highlights, increases manageability and enhances shine and brilliance. The formula in Milkshake sweet camomile conditioner combines the lightening and softening properties of organic camomile extract with nourishing organic honey.

All the good stuff:

  • Glycerin extract from organic chamomile, renowned for its lightening properties, to revive, intensify and illuminate natural highlights in fair hair
  • Organic wildflower honey, with a nourishing and conditioning effect, to leave hair soft and silky with brilliant highlights
  • Fruit extracts, including papaya and apricot with multivitamin actions, for vitality and shine
  • Organic aloe vera gel with its protective and soothing effect, for conditioning and softness
  • Conditioning agents and moisturizers for softness and manageability
  • Integrity 41®, extracted from sunflower seeds, to protect hair color from free radicals and the oxidizing effects of atmospheric agents, and to make color last with more stability and brightness
  • Vitamin E, with an energizing, antioxidant, and revitalizing action
  • Rice bran oil to moisturize and nourish scalp and hair, leaving hair soft and silky
  • Panthenol for moisturizing, softening and soothing

Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy

All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

  • Delivery scan confirmation

  • Photo confirmation

  • Signature confirmation

Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.

Reporting Requirements

To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • A clear written statement describing the issue

  • Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)

Late Claims

Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.

Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.

No exceptions will be made to this policy.
