milk_shake® moisture plus summer duo is a treatment that is formulated specifically for dry hair. It gives the sensation of healthy hair with brand new formulas and a delicious fragrance. milk_shake® moisture plusshampoo and conditioner are enriched with organic papaya extract and with a low molecular weight and leave hair lustrous, shiny, beautiful and radiant from the first application. The kit has two results on the hair: maximum hydration and visibly younger hair.

The product group is enriched with organic papaya extract and with a low molecular weight, this moisturizing trio leaves hair lustrous, shiny, beautiful and radiant from the first application. The duo has two results on the hair: maximum hydration and visibly younger hair.
The products have a delicious fragrance of papaya and are enriched with hyaluronic acid, quinoa proteins and milk proteins for optimum results.
Shampoo is SLES and paraben free, conditioner is paraben free.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation

Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
