A Shampoo and Conditioner pair from milk_shake that gently cleanses colour-treated hair, provides optimum hair moisture, and helps preserve the intensity of your hair colour.
Duo Contains:
1x milk_shake® Color Maintainer Shampoo (1 Litre - 33.8 fl. oz.), which is a hydrating and protective shampoo designed specifically for colour treated hair. This colour shampoo was created to care for the beauty and vitality of colour treated hair.
1x milk_shake® Color Maintainer Conditioner (1 Litre - 33.8 fl. oz.), which is s a hydrating and protective conditioner for colour-treated hair. Rich in proteins this conditioner repairs and strengthens colour-treated hair with a unique blend of Milk, Casein and Wheat proteins. A blend of Hydrolyzed Wheat Seed Proteins repair and condition hair while Silicon Agents leave hair tangle free with extreme shine.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation

Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
