PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Formulated specifically to condition and nourish all hair types, preserving the integrity of hair colour.
It contains organic Muru Muru butter with a conditioning and nourishing action. This is achieved through the combined action of Muru Muru butter and the Amino acids complex, a mixture of plant amino acids developed to give damaged hair the right quantity of restructuring elements. The amino acids complex works on the hair, restoring and protecting the hair structure, visibly improving the condition of the damaged hair. milk_shake integrity treatment encourages radiant and healthy hair and has protecting effects. milk_shake Integrity Nourishing Conditioner is most beneficial when combined with the full milk_shake Integrity range.

Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation

Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
