milk_shake Integrity Intensive Treatment
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
milk_shake integrity intensive treatment contains a specific formula with organic muru muru butter to deeply nourish hair and eliminate frizz. For all hair types. milk_shake integrity intensive treatment seals the hair cuticle and provides detangling, softness and shine while preserving hair color integrity.
Organic muru muru butter is extracted from the muru muru seed, and is rich in fatty acids that have a nourishing, soothing and moisturizing effect on hair and skin. It also contains vitamin A to repair, nourish and strengthen hair.
Use: distribute over clean damp hair. Leave in for 3 to 5 minutes, comb and rinse. For particularly damaged hair cover the hair with a cap and leave under a heat source for 5 minutes, cool off and then rinse.

Aqua (Water), Myristyl Alcohol, Cetrimonium Chloride, Propylheptyl Caprylate, Dimethicone, Ethylhexyl Cocoate, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Astrocaryum Murumuru Seed Butter, Hydrolyzed Keratin, Tocopherol, Diazolidinyl Urea, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Lactic Acid, Glycine Soja (Soybean) Oil, Lactobacillus Ferment, Phenoxyethanol, Parfum (Fragrance).
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation
-
Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

Order number

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
