milk_shake Floral Whipped Cream
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
milk_shake whipped cream flower is a no-rinse conditioning and protective creamy foam for all hair types. Now available in a vegan-friendly edition with sweet floral scent it contains moringa Oleifera extract that has emollient and hydrating properties for the hair and scalp, with a high vitamin and mineral content. It is also enriched with Integrity 41® that gives hair shine and helps to protect hair color over time. The fresh, sweet floral notes give an exquisite fragrance to the range, celebrating nature in all its beauty and simplicity.
Active Ingredients: Multi-vitamin complex, Integrity 41® (hydroglycolic sunflower extract, rich in antioxidant polyphenols), milk proteins.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation

Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
