NOURISHING, RESTORATIVE LEAVE-IN TREATMENT FOR DAMAGED HAIR

As the name implies, you just wash, condition and leave to allow our repairing treatment to get to work repairing and restoring damage where it is needed most.

Kevin's Tips: Hair colouring techniques have changed a great deal over the last few years, and subsequently the hair now has a very different porosity from the roots through to the tips. To help combat damage and restore porosity, we created LEAVE-IN.REPAIR – the added benefit of a leave-in treatment is that it continues working for up to 24-hours. From first use, LEAVE-IN.REPAIR improves overall condition and manageability, and with continued use, and as part of our REPAIR regimen, hair quality will continue to improve over time.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation
-
Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

Order number

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
