HEATED.DEFENSE is a weightless and invisible leave-in treatment foam to protect your hair against damage associated with heated and mechanical tools. Providing heat protection up to 450℉ / 232℃, this leave-in foam distributes easily and disappears in all hair types, providing a weightless protective shield.

Kevin's Tip:
Being weightless, HEATED.DEFENSE is perfect to layer onto damp hair after your Wash and Rinse. Use your favorite KEVIN.MURPHY styling products as you would normally, but place your weightless and invisible shield of protection on the hair first. Use one to three pumps of the foam, depending on the hair length, and your hair will be protected, smoothed and detangled.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation
-
Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

Order number

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
