K18 Leave-In Molecular Repair Hair Mask:
Shampoo hair and do not condition. Towel-dry thoroughly. Apply a small amount of K18 Mask, starting at the ends and working toward the roots. Add more as needed depending on hair length, thickness and condition. Let sit for 4 minutes. Do not rinse. Style as usual.

K18 AirWash™ Dry Shampoo:
Shake well for at least 5 seconds before use. Section dry hair and hold the bottle approximately 4–6 inches from the scalp. Apply one spray per section, focusing on oily areas. Add more only as needed. Massage into the scalp and brush or style as usual.

Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy

All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

• Delivery scan confirmation

• Photo confirmation

• Signature confirmation

Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.

Reporting Requirements

To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

• Order number

• A clear written statement describing the issue

• Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)

Late Claims

Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.

Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.

No exceptions will be made to this policy.
