K18 Repair, Protect + Smooth Kit

Step 1 – Repair: Shampoo hair and do not condition. Towel-dry thoroughly. Apply K18 Leave-In Molecular Repair Hair Mask based on hair length and density, working from ends toward roots. Wait 4 minutes. Do not rinse.

Step 2 – Protect: After the 4-minute wait, apply K18 HeatBounce™ Conditioning Heat Protectant throughout sectioned hair and brush through for even distribution. Use before blow-drying or air-drying, and reapply to dry hair before using hot tools.

Step 3 – Smooth: Finish with K18 Molecular Repair Hair Oil. Start with 1–3 drops and add more only as needed. Work through mid-lengths and ends to help smooth frizz, enhance shine and finish your style.

Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy

All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

• Delivery scan confirmation

• Photo confirmation

• Signature confirmation

Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.

Reporting Requirements

To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

• Order number

• A clear written statement describing the issue

• Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)

Late Claims

Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.

Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.

No exceptions will be made to this policy.
