The magnetic formula pulls the lashes towards the liner line, which makes placing your lashes much easier than with traditional lash glue. Combined with latex-free lash adhesive, our Hybrid Magnetic formula gives you that double Hold effect and the extra comfort of knowing your lashes are secure without the need for lash glue.
With a new and improved super fine liner brush and lightweight eyeliner formula, the Hybrid Magnetic Liner glides on and keeps your lashes in place with only a thin line and with next to no dry time!

Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation
-
Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

Order number

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
