PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A hydrating lip mask infused with 24KT nanogold technology that prevents and targets the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
This mask will leave your lips feeling smoother, softer & more hydrated.
We recommend use before makeup application as it fights against dry, cracked and peeling lips, prepping and priming them for any lip colour.
This mask is great to prep before going on a date, to any event or as a weekly treatment. Apply it for only 20 minutes and feel how your lips are hydrated, plumped and gorgeous.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
- Apply mask onto lips
- Leave on for 15-20 minutes
- Remove mask and gently massage remaining excess into lips
- No need to rinse
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation
-
Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
