How to Install
Remove the two screws from the back of your trimmer, carefully remove the existing blade and install the replacement blade set. Reinstall and correctly align the blades before powering on the trimmer. The blade can then be adjusted to your preferred setting, including zero gap. Improper blade alignment can cause injury.
Care
Brush away hair and debris after use and apply approximately 2–3 drops of blade oil. Keeping the blade clean, lubricated and protected during storage will help maintain cutting performance and blade life.

Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
