Eyebrow & Lash Tinting - Graphite 1.1
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
To naturally cover and subtly darken greying or white hair. Mixing with graphite lets other RefectoCil colours show a cooler tone. For timeless styles!

- Mixable with all 8 RefectoCil tints for cool colour accents
- Recommended also for men who wish for naturally emphasized eyes

How to use:
STEP 1: Preparation
- Remove contact lenses.
- Clean the eye-area with our oil-free makeup remover
STEP 2: Mix & Apply
- Immediately before tinting mix 2cm of tint and 10 drops Reflectocil Oxidant liquid 15-20 drops into a creamy paste.
- Afterwards apply to brows and lashes.
STEP 3: Application time
- Lashes: 10 minutes.
- Brows: 10 minutes.
STEP 4: Ready!
- Remove by using cotton wool pads and water.
Tips & Tricks
- Allergy test: We recommend an allergy test (patch test) before the first application as well as after long periods without tinting.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation
-
Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

Order number

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
