Essential Moisture Bouncy Cream
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Let’s bounce! This rich moisturizing cream is an alternative to gel for defined curls that are irresistibly soft to the touch. For all curl types that are ready to spring into action.
HOW TO USE:
Apply generously into palms and work through wet curls. For definition, scrunch upward. For lengthening, stretch downward. For extra shaping, apply sparingly to individual dry curls or ringlets as needed.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation
-
Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
