PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Containing the Color Security Shampoo and the Color Security Conditioner made for fine to normal hair, expect this duo to lock-in your hue and dispense strand-strengthening properties to leave your mane looking like you’ve just paid a trip to the salon.
The Color Security Shampoo is carefully crafted without sulphates, hair-stripping and depositing ingredients – so it won’t clog your follicles or dull your hair. Perfect for coloured or thinning hair and extensions, this gentle formula leaves your hair and scalp clean and ultra-fresh.
The Color Security Conditioner in ‘Fine-to-Normal’ has a softening formula made without darkening agents and certain conditioning agents (particles that oxidise on your hair, corrupting your carefully chosen colour with a brassy finish). Instead, it’s powered by their colour-shielding Sealicon complex that delivers a protective, glossy finish, plus eight translucent conditioning agents to make compromised strands a whole lot more manageable.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation
-
Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
