Carb-infused Dream Cocktail is a leave-in treatment that turns blow-drying from a hair stressing session into a hair-thickening treatment. Vital, natural nutrients (like carb-intense oat bran) are activated by heat to fatten up and improve the overall quality of every strand.
THE PROBLEM: Your hair may be naturally fine, or have lost mass because of color processing, particularly at the ends. (Did you know? Color processing breaks down the proteins in hair causing them to leach out. The result? Hair loses mass and becomes thinner, flatter...limp and lifeless.)
THE SOLUTION: Carb-infused Dream Cocktail thickens and adds mass to hair by surrounding each strand with an invisible, weightless carb-based complex (cellulose, starch and oat bran) that is activated by the heat of your blow-dryer.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation

Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
