Blow-drying is definitely better when you do it with a Cocktail! If your hair is brittle and prone to breakage, Kale Cocktail is just what the (hair) doctor ordered. It’s the perfect leave-in treatment to combat breakage after shampooing and conditioning with the Color Security Duo. It starts working the minute the heat hits your hair. Plus, because it has heat protection, it’s the perfect antidote to the side effects of blow drying i.e., color fade, dehydration, breakage. So relax and get hair that’s 2x stronger after one application ….stress-free for you and your hair!

Color Security Shampoo:

Detangles + hydrates without weighing hair down

Leave-in treatment spray reduces breakage by 50% with one use
How To:
Color Security Shampoo:
Apply a coin size amount to wet hair and massage into lather. Rinse. Follow with Color Security Conditioner and style as usual.
Color Security Conditioner (Fine to Normal):
After shampooing with Color Security Shampoo, apply a small amount to wet hair, starting about 2 inches from scalp, and distribute evenly along hair strand to ends. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Style as desired.
Dream Cocktail Kale-Infused
After shampooing/conditioning, towel dry hair lightly. Shake bottle well, then dispense 1-3 pumps through hair, concentrating on “breakage zones”. DO NOT RINSE OUT! Style with heat to activate.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation
-
Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

Order number

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
