PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Hydrolysed Pea Protein and our Wood Bark Complex work together to help strengthen and protect hair against breakage with added protection against heat damage*. A sulphate-free wash that hydrates while repairing and nourishing.
Wood Bark Complex
A powerhouse of Australian derived plant and bark extracts from Blue Cypress, White Cypress and Lemon Aspen behave like an AHA to gently protect, while water soluble phyto-acids help to create resilience.
Creatine
Vegan amino acid derivatives similar to the natural creatine in the hair and skin. Designed to improve the mechanical properties of stressed hair and protect against heat damage by rebuilding and strengthening.
Hydrolysed Pea Protein
A superfood rich in amino acids to intensely nourish and replenish the hair binding moisture to improve elasticity and help prevent breakage.
Rice Proteins
To nourish the hair from root to tip and help to fortify to prevent damage and assist in strengthening.
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation

Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

Order number

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
