PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The BLONDME Lightener and Colour range provide the high performance needed to create personalized blonde looks. It is specially formulated to partner BLONDME bleach and colour shades. What it does: Premium Care Developer offer up to 9 levels of lift while the ready-to-use toners and white blending shades give endless creative potential for blonde hair. Its an oil developer formula that maintains hair's natural moisture to ensure your blondes have brilliant shine and a wonderfully soft feel to their hair.

- How to use
HOW TO USE
- Mix the developer with the BlondMe Bond Enforcing Powder using the proper ratio.
- Section the hair.
- Apply on small section of hair at a time.
- Leave out 1.5 centimeters from the scalp.
- Use plenty of product to insure full saturation.
- Use the remaining product on the roots.
- Rinse thoroughly.
- Shampoo with BLONDME Keratin Restore Bonding Shampoo.
- Apply toner as desired.
TIPS:
- 2% (7 vol) is perfect for toning hair that's already been lightened and for gentle bleaching.
- 6% (20 vol) is the strength for conventional bleaching or for toning on naturally light (level 8 or above) blonde hair.
- 9% (30 vol) is ideal for maximum bleaching, white hair blending or lifting naturally light blonde hair.
- 12% (40 vol) is lifting on natural base 6 - 7
Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Items Policy
All issues related to lost shipments, missing items, or incorrect items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
Delivery is considered confirmed when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, including but not limited to:

Delivery scan confirmation

Photo confirmation

Signature confirmation
Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility to report any issue within the required timeframe rests with the customer.
Reporting Requirements
To be eligible for review, customers must contact hello@blndbox.ca within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

A clear written statement describing the issue

Supporting documentation where applicable (photos for incorrect or damaged items)
Late Claims
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window will not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund. Carrier investigations cannot be initiated or supported outside this timeframe.
Failure to report a delivery issue within 24 hours of confirmed delivery will be deemed acceptance of the order as delivered and complete.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
